9 Home made remedies for HEADACHE

 There are some tips that I have found very effective. You can also try them.
  1. Apply about 4 drops of one of the essential oils below to a scrap of fabric or cotton ball, put it underneath your nose then breathe in deeply…1)Rosemary  2)Basil  3)Peppermint  4)Sweet marjoram  5)Lavender
  2. Breathing deeply can do wonders for a headache in general; it'll be even more effective as a natural headache cure if you do it out in the fresh air.
  3. Lemon juice added to water or tea can be a natural cure for a headache. You can also take the peel of a lemon and grind it up to make a paste. Applied to the face and forehead, this may be a headache cure as well because of the aromatherapy properties it has.
  4. Mint is soothing, especially in teas. And it can be a great natural way to get rid of your headache. Peppermint water will work as well.
  5. Take a nap. As it may be the rest that your body needs it.
  6. Drink lot of water as headache may be because of dehydration.
  7. Black coffee, that is a good source of caffeine, may be used to treat migraine. This remedy works best for most migraine patients however it can also aggravate the headache.
  8.  A great massage can relax the muscles and initiate a calming effect.
  9.  It has been studied so when taken in doses of 400 to 600 milligrams each day, magnesium is effective for menstrual-associated migraines and migraines related to auras.
