  1. Ice. Use an ice pack over your eyes for as long as you can stand it. This will lessen the look of fatigue and puffiness. Chilled cucumbers may achieve the same result.
  2. Potato. Create a potato eye mask. Peel one small potato. Shred it, and then place it in clean gauze. Cover your eyes for ten minutes. Rinse off with water of cold chamomile tea.

1. Eat the right foods. Fill you day with dark green vegetables, deep reds, orange colors and more. Consuming these products will give your body the nutrients and the antioxidants it needs to keep your blood flowing. This helps to keep your skin hydrated and fighting off wrinkles.

20 Tips to keep HAIRFALL at Bay!!

  1. Regular application of coconut oil or aloe vera gel or arnica oil or almond oil or castor oil or olive oil combats hair fall and baldness.
  2. Take fenugreek , male paste and apply on patches of baldness and let the hair absorb the paste for one hour. this shows effective reduction in hairfall.
  3. Mixture of beetroot leaves with henna work wonders.
  4. Make a hair pack by mixing hot olive oil, honey, and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and apply it on scalp before bath for 15min. It is very effective.
  5. Honey mixed with onion massaged on patches works wonder.
  6. Take equal amount of camphor and curd and apply on bald patches and let dry for 2 hrs.
  7. Scrub a half lemon on the bald patches for continuosly 2 months. It is seriously effective as it removes a and kills the dirt and germs on scalp.
  8. Coconut oil mixed with lime is also effective.
  9. The oil prepared at home by boiling Indian gooseberry (amla) in coconut oil.
  10. Boil 250grm mustard oil with 100gms of henna and make a paste and apply on hair.
  11. You can use amla with lime juice to make shampoo.
  12. Make a concoction of 2 eggs, 2 tea spoons of amla(Indian gooseberry),shikakai(acacia concinna),soap nut(reetha).Massage for 30 minutes on your scalp with this mixture, and wash off with a mild shampoo .You can use this home remedy 3-4 times a week to treat baldness/hair loss. 
  13. You can use egg yolk with honey as a home remedy to cure hair fall/baldness, and get silky hair.
  14. Use aloe vera with herbal powder triphala for 3- 6 months on a regular basis to treat baldness/hair loss. Use this baldness/hair loss treatment to fight baldness and hair loss at home naturally. 
  15.  Ash gourd or curry leaves helps in treating baldness problem .Use this baldness/hair fall treatment to deal with falling hair naturally.
  16. Take 1/2 cup of olive oil with 1 tea spoon of cumin seeds to rub on your bald patches to treat baldness and hair fall. Try this home remedy.
  17. Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.
  18. Apply a fine paste made from pea or red gram or fresh coriander leaves; it is an effective home remedy in curing hair loss baldness naturally at home.
  19. Seeds of lime and black pepper ground to fine paste when applied on a daily basis on the scalp helps in curing baldness/ hair loss naturally at home. Try this home remedy. 
  20. Rinse your hair with following techniques:
a)      Boil hibiscus in a glass of water and strain this mixture to apply with lime juice on your bald patches. You can use this after shampooing your hair.
b)      Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar and sage tea.
c)      Rinse your hair with water in which rosemary leaves or geranium leaves had been boiled to get rid of baldness and hair loss.
d)     Application of coconut milk is very helpful.

1)   LEMON : Wash your hair with lemons. It is very good for oily and greasy hair. It has excellent nourishing properties like Vitamins B and A. This will take care of the dandruff and get rid of similar scalp problems. Milk and lemon juice together works great on tan patches on the face..especially the dark part under and around the lips..can add pinch of turmeric if interested since it does not suit everybody..

2) BANANA : Make a banana sugar scrub: Sprinkle sugar on the flesh side of banana peels and use as a soft, exfoliating loofah. Rub gently all over your body and then rinse in the shower. Bananas which become too mushy work great on oily skin..take a half banana and mash it more in a bowl..if required add a few drops of water or milk to make it more loose and apply on the face neck and hands from downwards to upwards..for about 10 minutes , massage it and leave it dry and then wash it off..This works for me more than anything else.

3) PAPAYA : Papayas are good cleansers. It has Enzyme Papine which removes blemishes and rejuvenate an undernourished skin. Mash papayas and mix some honey to make a pack which you can smear all over your hands, neck and face. Wash after 15-20 minutes for a blemish free skin.

4) AVOCADO : Rub the fleshy part of an avocado peel on your face for a rich moisturizer.

5) POTATO : Potato peels can reduce puffiness around eyes ; press the moist side of the fresh peels to the skin for 15 minutes.

6) HONEY : Honey is a good moisturizer..cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots anything can be blended to make a fine paste..use them with some milk to give that naturally soft skin.

YES.......Your Lips are the part which needs more attention. Now here I write some tips which will help you to get back your charming lip skin:

  1. Stop licking your lips. As this activity tends to make your lip more dry. So it is a big NO NO..
  2. Apply good moisturizer or a balm on your lips every 6hours. Now this has to be done to quickly bring back your natural beauty of your lips. You can use VLCC lip balm (they come in various favors) or NIVEA lip balms or whichever you find good.
  3. Stop pulling out the dry dead skin of your lips. This makes the blood to clot their and it looks even more ugly.
  4. Drink more water. Now don't think its winter so you don't need it. Drink 8glass of water a day, this will help you to be hydrated always and thus reduce all such unwanted problems.
  5. Add vitamins to your food.
  6.  Mix one teaspoon of milk cream with few drops of lemon juice.keep the mixture in the fridge for an hour then apply before going into the bed ,not only on lips but also around the lips .In just three days you will get long lasting results .yuou can continue it as a daily routine to prevent lips aging.
  7.  Mix glycerin with rose water in equal proportion .apply the mixture on whole face and lips before going into the bed.Believe me you will get mind glowing results in just 5 days.
  8.  Mix one teaspoon honey with few drops of glycerin(or half spoon sugar).Apply it on lips for 15 mins then wash and apply only glycerin and leave it overnight.this tip is very special for middle aged women to prevent lips wrinkling.
  9. Now only Moisturizing wont help. you should exfoliate your lip in a week.Make a paste of sugar and olive oil. Gently massage on your lips and wash with warm water and apply balm later.
